Your responsibilities will span patient assessment and treatment, meticulous documentation, program development, communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff, conducting in-services for fellow therapists, overseeing COTAs per state regulations, and supporting departmental operations.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive base salary range of $73,000 to $94,000, commensurate with experience. Our full-time therapists receive a comprehensive benefits package comprising student loan assistance, a flexible work environment, mentorship programs, 401(k) with company match, internal CEU opportunities, life insurance, generous PTO, and six paid holidays.
Qualifications and RequirementsCandidates should hold a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from a certified program and possess or be eligible for state licensure.
