About the Job

We are currently hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility in Houston, TX. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Monitor resident health and record vital signs
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.
