About the Role

As an Admissions Advisor at Colorado Technical University, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate the university's flexible program options, features, and benefits to prospective students, ensuring they make an informed decision about their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, understanding their educational needs, interests, and concerns.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for our programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Financial Aid and Academics, to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve individual and departmental student-population goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
  • Computer proficiency, with experience in Windows and Microsoft suite preferred.
  • High school education or equivalent; a college degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • One or more years of experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred.
