Housekeeping Associate

Prime, Inc. is a leading provider of commercial cleaning services seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeping team member.

The salary for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

This role involves cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and hallways in a commercial establishment. Key responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
2. Sorting, counting, folding, marking, and carrying linens.
3. Making beds in drivers' bunks.
4. Replenishing supplies as needed.
5. Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
6. Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
7. Dusting furniture.
8. Washing walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
9. Washing windows, door panels, and sills.
10. Emptying wastebaskets and emptying/cleaning ashtrays.
11. Transporting trash and waste to disposal areas.
12. Replenishing bathroom supplies.
13. Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A strong work history with flexibility to work one weekend shift.
2. Industrial cleaning experience, although not required.
3. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
4. Reliable transportation to and from work.

This position requires constant standing, reaching forward, and grasping; frequent walking, head turning, bending, handling, reaching, and hand control. You must be able to lift and carry 20lbs, push and pull 15lbs, and work in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions and chemical odors.
