We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated new graduate nurses to join our Nurse Residency Program at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa in New Braunfels, Texas. As a nurse resident, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in various units within our hospital system, gaining valuable knowledge and skills essential for providing exceptional patient care.

About Our Nurse Residency Program

Our comprehensive one-year residency program is designed for recent nursing graduates and RNs with less than six months of experience. The program includes interactive classes, skills labs, and real-time evaluation to ensure a smooth transition into the nursing profession. Throughout the program, you will receive professional and emotional support from experienced nurses who will guide and evaluate your growth at every step.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN): A BSN or equivalent degree is required; an associate's degree in nursing may be considered for candidates with prior RN experience.
  • RN License: Current RN licensure in the state of Texas or compact license required.
  • 6 Months to 1 Year of Experience: Recent graduates or RNs with less than 6 months of experience eligible to apply.
