Autism Spectrum Disorder Therapist

B.E.S.T. Services is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing top-notch Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As an ABA Therapy Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for these children to thrive.

As an ABA Therapy Specialist, you will be responsible for applying and maintaining B.E.S.T. practices of ABA Therapy, working one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD, ensuring parental participation during sessions, and possessing a great attitude and love working with small children.
To succeed in this role, you must have reliable transportation, BLS certification, be able to walk, run, and play with small children, and lift 50 lbs. You will also need to complete the RBT training process to become RBT certified.
B.E.S.T. Services offers a competitive salary, including $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health care plan, dental plan, and 401K plan. Part-time positions are available with opportunities for advancement.
