Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation packages, including salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus productivity-based incentive pay. Our benefits include employer-paid medical insurance, malpractice coverage, 401K retirement savings plan, profit-sharing, flexible spending accounts, and 30 days of PTO per year.
Job Description
This outpatient-only primary care practice provides a well-established environment with on-site physician support when needed. Our brand new office building features state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We welcome both new and experienced providers to apply. A must-have requirement is speaking fluent Chinese (either Mandarin or Cantonese).
