Position Overview:
+ Seeking an A&P Mechanic specializing in CRJ 700 & 900 aircraft.
+ Engage in extensive maintenance procedures (C and D checks) on various CRJ and ERJ models, including modifications to transform CRJ 700 from 70 seats to 50 seats by reducing economy class and enhancing first and business class seating.
+ Execute necessary modifications on aircraft during heavy maintenance checks in the hangar.
+ A&P certification is required; candidates with engine experience are preferred.
Work Schedule:
+ Flexibility in shifts is essential, with options for 4x10 or 3x12 schedules.
+ Availability is required any day of the week.
+ Overtime opportunities are available on a voluntary basis, with no limits.
Contract Duration:
+ Initial placement for 6+ months, with potential for extension or direct hire.
