M. A. Mortenson is seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Laborer to join our team for the Bishop Hill I Repower Wind Project. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing, handling, and supplying materials to support the installation of wind turbines.

• Loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding and staging
• Leveling ground for scaffolding
• Tending to mortar and grout
• Lifting, unloading, moving, setting, and shoveling mortar and grout
• General cleanup and clearing of debris
• Placing, pushing, pulling, and shoveling concrete
• Vibrating concrete
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers
• Strong teamwork orientation
• Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
• Detail-oriented

• Experience in construction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptive communication and active listening skills
