Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the preschool program
  • Lead the development of a strong school culture that embodies the mission and values of Guidepost Montessori
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, parents, and children to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality educational program that meets the needs of each child
  • Manage the preschool budget and ensure profitability targets are met
  • Work with the Assistant Director to ensure enrollment targets are met
  • Hire, support, develop, and manage teaching staff

Requirements
