Job Title: Preschool Lead Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education to lead our Preschool program.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive Early Childhood Educational program that meets the needs of our students.
  • Supervise and support a team of teachers to ensure a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field.
  • Or a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 1 year of experience with children.
  • Or an associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 2 years of experience with children.
  • Or an associate's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 3 years of experience with children.
