Job Summary

Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, including revenue and settlement accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Balance and Settlement: Prepare daily revenue reports, balance charges and settlements, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Run audit reports, identify discrepancies, and make corrections as needed.
  • System Maintenance: Reset systems for next day operations and ensure all financial data is up-to-date.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately calculate and record financial data.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using moderately complex computer systems, with the ability to access and accurately input financial data.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring regular attendance and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
