Lifeguard

Join BOOMERS PARK as a Lifeguard and contribute to the safety and well-being of our guests.

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests by preventing injuries, responding to emergencies, and providing excellent customer service.

• Prevent injuries by communicating with guests and eliminating hazards.
• Alert the Lifeguard Lead or Supervisor of any concerning behavior.
• Report any safety issues to supervision.
• Conduct safe and effective rescues according to training.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate guests on pool safety.
• Enforce all departmental rules and regulations.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Participate in regular training and in-service sessions to maintain certification.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must pass Star Guard Elite Lifeguard training.
• Must pass CPR/First Aid training.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 20/20 corrective vision and physical endurance required.
• Ability to swim at least 200 yards and tread water.
