Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Director of Product Design to lead our Commerce Product Design Team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end UX for high-value, consumer-centric digital products. Your focus will be on the experience of the end user, from prospect to purchase, including account management, consumer checkout journeys, and initial account creation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of product designers to deliver UX solutions that drive results
- Present creative ideas and plans to peers, leadership, and engineering contributors
- Balance inputs from business, design, research, technology, and external partners
- Provide creative thought leadership and drive UX design solutions
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and other internal partners to define product strategy and experience
- 10+ years of industry experience in UX/Product Design
- 7+ years of experience managing and developing diverse design teams
- Proven experience working on commerce experiences, including account management, purchasing, and transactions
- Advanced expertise with leading design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, and collaboration tools
