About the Role

The Customer Service Engineer III is responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers and field service operations. This individual must possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of medical imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and periodic maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment on multiple products in one modality.
  • Answer technical and applications questions, demonstrating expertise in multiple products within one modality.
  • Support field service operations with technical knowledge on multiple product lines.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining effective internal and external working relationships.
  • Active motor vehicle/driver's license from the state where the employee resides.
  • Associate's degree in Electronics technology or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2 years Advanced electronics experience.
  • 3 years Field service experience.
