Merchandiser Stocker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Stocker to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Spring Mountain, Summerlin, NV. As a Merchandiser Stocker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for our brands, including 7UP, Snapple, Core, and Bai, to retail stores within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and display our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within your territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Use your personal vehicle to travel among stores in your territory, but you are not responsible for transporting our products.
• Utilize a company-issued phone with a programmed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule:

• Full-time position with 4-5 am start times until work is finished.
• 5 scheduled shifts per week, with weekends required (days off fall during the week).
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You thrive working independently on assigned tasks, but you also look forward to interacting with people at work. You prefer to stay active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Taking pride in your work and being detail-oriented are essential qualities for this role.

Total Rewards:

• Competitive pay starting at $20.43 per hour, with a rate increase to $21.50 per hour in the quarter after your 6-month anniversary.
• Benefits, subject to eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement (75 mi/wk).

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
