Code Sensei

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Code Sensei at Code Ninjas. As a Code Sensei, you will be responsible for creating a positive and safe learning environment for children, fostering a sense of belonging, and encouraging students to be curious and passionate learners.

• Develop and implement engaging coding lessons and activities for children aged 7 and up
• Provide individualized attention and feedback to students to help them improve their coding skills
• Collaborate with other Code Ninjas staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience
• Maintain a clean and organized dojo, adhering to corporate standards
• Communicate effectively with parents and management staff regarding student progress and daily activities

• Experience working with children in a teaching or mentoring capacity
• Strong knowledge of coding and technology concepts, or ability to quickly learn and adapt
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
