- Make critical decisions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate from a baccalaureate school of nursing.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
