We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our cycling events team in a part-time capacity. As a Bike Ambassador, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for event participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and set up bike rentals at various cycling events.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for riders.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, clean, and accounted for.
  • Transport bikes and equipment to event locations in a company van or non-CDL box truck.
  • Greet riders, assisting with bike rentals and adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain brand standards for appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
Requirements:
  • Weekend availability is a must, as the job is part-time and typically scheduled on weekends.
  • A valid and clean driver's license is required.
  • Ability to work long hours per shift.
  • Willingness to start work early in the morning.
  • Passion for cycling and outdoor activities.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written); multilingual is a plus.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
