Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic team setting and make sound judgments in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Coordinate nursing care activities with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed to maintain quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide seamless care coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in New York State.
  • At least one year of experience working in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
