Key Responsibilities:

  • Upgrade and Modernize Elevator Systems: Spearhead the task of upgrading and modernizing existing elevator systems to meet the latest industry standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical expertise and hands-on experience for effective execution of elevator system upgrades.
  • Tool Proficiency: Deft usage of hand and electrical tools, hydraulics, wiring, and plumbing.
  • Installation and Testing: Installation of controllers, translation of schematics, testing of elevators, and execution of thorough elevator inspections.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot potential problems and work towards effective solutions in a range of elevator systems.
  • Mentorship: Nurture a conducive work environment through the mentorship of junior technicians.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in elevator service and repair.
  • Elevator Modernization Experience: Elevator modernization experience required.
  • Certifications: Possession of a Certified Elevator Technician CET degree or an Elevator Mechanic License.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with both traction and hydraulic elevators.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
