Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered outpatient care, including the development of individualized plans of care and treating patients through all phases of physical therapy at multiple ATI clinic locations.
Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a friendly and encouraging environment. We emphasize compassionate and high-quality care through a comprehensive, thorough, evidence-based, and customized physical therapy regimen, restoring patients to full functionality.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individual treatment plans
- Coordinate care with support staff and Clinic Director
- Complete daily patient care notes, progress notes, discharge notes, and other required forms
- Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referring sources
- Maintain required clinical logs and checklists to ensure compliance with local and federal requirements
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and provide an exceptional experience for patients
- Possession of a passion for Physical Therapy and patient care
- Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and create a world-class clinical team
- Ability to stand, stoop, and move throughout the clinic for the entire assigned shift
- License to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
