About the Role

The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Director team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. The leader is responsible for supervising the back-of-house (BOH) for an entire shift and managing the closing process of the restaurant following established closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that Team Members adhere to and follow all operational systems, including recipes and inventory management.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders, and that workstations are clean at all times.
  • Team Management: Supervise and direct Team Members to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines, and address guest issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
  • Compliance: Strictly adhere to all Company policies and procedures, and communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
