Seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our travel nursing team in Santa Clara, California. As a travel nurse with OneStaff Medical, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and provide exceptional care to patients in need.
Job Summary:This travel nursing position is for a Registered Nurse with experience in Critical Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
About the Assignment:This travel nursing position is for a 13-week assignment, working 36 hours per week with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week. The shift is 12 hours, nights, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible and be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, identifying potential complications and taking proactive steps to prevent them
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
