We seek a proactive team player eager to thrive in the heavy civil construction sector. The ideal candidate should be well-versed and competent in the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, and heavy trucks and trailers.

The selected individual must be adaptable to challenges in a dynamic environment and capable of troubleshooting specialized and custom-built equipment within a diverse fleet.

Our company is in the process of implementing and enhancing software solutions to facilitate information flow from the field to the workshop, making proficiency with computers, tablets, and smartphones essential.

This role will be at the Foreman level, overseeing either our second or third shift Shop Operations.

PLM Paving and Concrete, LLC has been dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences through asphalt, concrete, excavation, and sealcoating projects for over 53 years. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-through abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions

  • Demonstrated commitment to project integrity
  • Willingness to embrace innovation and technology
  • Class A CDL preferred with Tanker Endorsement
  • Completion of technical training and/or 3 years of experience with heavy equipment
  • Physically capable of performing job functions, including standing, squatting, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
  • Able to communicate effectively and perform well under pressure
  • Willingness to listen and take direction from others
  • Desire to be a team player and assist in training less experienced colleagues
