Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and execute in-store strategies.
  • Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for achieving brand standards.
  • Manage payroll and supply budgets, controlling costs while meeting operational requirements.
  • Oversee basic operational activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, loss prevention policies, and operating procedures.
  • Administer operational processes, including inventory receipt/dispatch, daily replenishment, and physical inventories.
  • Develop a high-performance culture, motivating sales teams to meet sales and productivity goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in sales and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities, training, and team-building skills.

Estimated Salary Range:
$65,000 - $80,000 per year
