Job Title: Registered Nurse

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Providing skilled interventions to achieve realistic client outcomes within a specified time period.
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Indiana nursing license.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
