Residential Program Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and transportation
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within the team and among individuals served
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to identify and address system barriers, improve services, and enhance outcomes
• Implement strategies to promote independence, self-advocacy, and community participation among individuals served
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices, regulations, and industry developments
**Essential Skills:**
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Social Work or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
**Physical Demands:**
This position requires occasional standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, talking or hearing, tasting or smelling. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
