Job Title: Dishwasher

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Old Chicago Pizza. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including utensils, glassware, and dishware
* Sort and remove trash and garbage, and ensure the dumpster is emptied regularly
* Restock clean glassware, utensils, and dishware
* Clean and sanitize equipment, including the dish machine and three-compartment sink
* Inspect and verify the proper functioning of equipment and chemical levels
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors

**Requirements**

* No prior education or experience required
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Ability to stand for 100% of shift, bend, stoop, lift, and reach for 75% of shift
* Ability to lift and carry racks of up to 45 pounds, up to 80 times per shift
* Ability to use chemicals and cleaning materials according to safety regulations
