Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with organizational, departmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and work areas to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform intra-procedural responsibilities for cardiac catheterization procedures, electrophysiology studies, and pacemaker/ICD insertion.
  • Conduct special radiographic procedures as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a two-year formal radiology training program in an AMA-approved school.
  • One year of experience as a staff technologist in a similar setting.
  • Current licensure as a radiology technologist in Illinois.
  • Registration or eligibility for registry by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers - CPR certification.
