Ventek Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead and oversee all IT-related matters. This critical role involves transitioning Ventek as a stand-alone entity and implementing a robust IT strategy to support the company's strategic goals.

• Develop and execute the overall IT roadmap and strategy to support Ventek's business objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Focus on building strong partnerships within the organization to understand the current and future needs of the business, to support end users and growth initiatives.
• Vendor Management – manages third party relationships to ensure compliance and commitment to established service levels.
• Develop and manage IT budget, identifying opportunities for investments, appropriate use of assets and cost-savings initiatives.
• Establish KPI metrics to measure health and success of IT function.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years experience in IT leadership roles, with a blend of large and small company IT experience.
• Experience with IT operations across multiple manufacturing locations in US and Mexico.
• Must have the willingness and ability to be a working leader.
• Must have ERP implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of the analytical and system-driven requirements of a growing, standalone company.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex transitions and integrations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations and acquisition sites as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
