About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Educator in STEM to join our team at Marist College. This is a full-time, tenure-track position that will involve teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in STEM education, as well as supervising and assessing teacher candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach math content and STEM teaching methods courses to elementary and secondary teacher candidates.
  • Supervise and assess teacher candidates to ensure they meet the standards of professional practice.
  • Mentor student projects and foster inclusive classroom environments.
Requirements
  • A doctorate degree in education P-12 or a related field from an accredited university.
  • At least 3-5 years of classroom teaching experience in P-16 settings.
  • A strong research agenda with high-quality peer-reviewed publications.
