Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backroom Coordinator to join our team. As a Backroom Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our backroom processes, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt and processing of merchandise, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of shipments
- Work closely with the receiving team to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized backroom environment, adhering to company standards
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels
- Provide excellent customer service to internal customers, including sales floor associates and management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
