Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Nurse to join our Care Team at the Richland Primary Care site.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who aligns with our values and is eager to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our patients through delivery of exceptional care.

As a Registered Nurse at TCCH, you will work closely with providers and medical assistants to provide high-quality and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, discuss, and communicate patient plans or plans of care in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of care services provided to patients
  • Use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to accurately and completely document nursing functions
  • Perform departmental opening and closing functions when assigned
  • Demonstrate skills and judgment necessary to provide non-direct care to patients
  • Upkeep departmental supplies and inventory
  • Upkeep all areas of the assigned department to ensure high levels of cleanliness
  • Function as a mentor for current and/or new staff members
  • Act as a liaison between other departments
  • Effectively and efficiently respond to emergency codes
  • Maintain up-to-date certification and medical knowledge
  • Follow organization's exposure control plans and bloodborne and airborne pathogens protocol
  • Work on a team to surpass departmental goals and objectives
  • Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred
  • Must have or obtain current CPR certification within three (3) months of hire
  • ACLS and/or PALS certification may be required
  • Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting or community health center, preferred
  • Proficient in English and another language (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, or other), required
