You will have the advantage and flexibility that comes with being a business owner, while earning immediate income from the existing agency's revenue, in addition to your new business commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit new business opportunities via networking and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Generate insurance quotes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Contact businesses and private individuals to promote products and services.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
  • Uphold the wants and needs of your customers.
  • Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy.

Requirements:

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individuals.
  • Career-minded vision.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
  • No bankruptcies within the last 5 years.
  • Must obtain two State of Texas Insurance Licenses - Source material provided for success.
