Chief Technology Strategist

About the Role

The Pictsweet Company is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead the development of our information technology infrastructure and optimize business operations. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for creating a clear vision and structure for Enterprise Resource Plan solutions, evaluating internal functions and business strategies, and implementing business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive business systems architecture model to reflect the organization's strategies and goals.
• Evaluate and improve internal functions, business strategies, and IT processes.
• Facilitate group sessions and model complex business and technical requirements.
• Organize training to improve associates' knowledge and skills.
• Maintain current knowledge of modern IT systems and business trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar discipline.
• Four (4) year minimum related work experience in system architecture.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
