Operating Room Nurse Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Nurse Manager to join our team in Malden, Massachusetts.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing and leadership experience, with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching staff, providing guidance on patient assignments, and facilitating effective communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce wait times
