Park Ridge Country Club Expeditor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Expeditor to join our team at Park Ridge Country Club. As an Expeditor, you will be the link between our kitchen and our customers, ensuring that orders are prepared and delivered in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and package take-out orders
  • Ensure orders are prepared to meet Park Ridge Country Club's standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work effectively under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor
  • Collaborate with our team to exceed our guests' expectations and provide a memorable club experience
Requirements:
  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
  • Pushing and pulling
  • Lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
