About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Driver/Material Handler to join our team at Staffmark Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating sit-down forklifts to offload containers and using a stand-up reach forklift to pick orders by pallets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate sit-down forklifts to offload containers and use a stand-up reach forklift to pick orders by pallets
  • Ensure all operations are safe and efficient, maintaining a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Inspect products, verify inventory, and assist in other warehouse operations as needed to meet productivity goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or logistics setting
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for our employees.
