Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team at Kodak. As an HVAC Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and modifying air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service HVAC systems in Kodak facilities, including fans, pumps, heat exchangers, vacuum pumps, variable frequency drives, hydronic heating systems, and building automation systems.
  • Repair and maintain field devices, including control valves, thermostats, variable air volume boxes, unit heaters, humidifiers, clean steam generators, and other ancillary equipment.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC DDC systems, electronic and pneumatic control systems, and HVAC electrical equipment.
  • Repair, overhaul, and rebuild mechanical HVAC equipment.
  • Utilize airside fundamentals to troubleshoot, run diagnostics, and identify root causes of equipment failures and operational problems.
  • Install new HVAC mechanical and electrical equipment, electronic, pneumatic, and DDC controls.
  • Perform filter changes, investigate and implement energy conservation improvements, and respond to demand maintenance calls.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to after-hour emergency calls at Kodak facilities.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1 year equivalent experience in a related field in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • 1 year equivalent education in a HVAC program.

Physical Requirements

  • Heights may require some work off a step ladder.
  • Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
