Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at Back in Balance Wellness Center in Bangor, ME. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires 1-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable in helping us provide exceptional care and services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide evidence-based treatments and interventions to promote patients' mobility and strength.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree or greater in Physical Therapy.
  • Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $91,520 per year, as well as a range of benefits, including vacation pay, sick pay, accident insurance, dental insurance, malpractice insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
