Responsibilities- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans.
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate care, delegate tasks, and supervise the activities of the healthcare team.
- Evaluate patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and document patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum one year experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
