Job Summary:

Guidehouse is seeking a skilled Portfolio Management Analyst to provide critical support in managing and improving key cybersecurity portfolios. The ideal candidate will have experience in prioritizing and evaluating programs for process improvement, developing frameworks to manage and track Technology Modernization Funds (TMF) for cyber operations, and providing transparency and management controls over cybersecurity projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in prioritizing and evaluating programs for process improvement.
  • Develop frameworks to manage and track the use of Technology Modernization Funds (TMF) for cyber operations.
  • Provide transparency and management controls over cybersecurity projects.
  • Support ongoing cyber portfolio and project management efforts.
  • Identify and address program risks and issues in a timely manner.

Governance and Process Improvement:

  • Review and assess governance processes to incorporate cybersecurity requirements.
  • Identify cybersecurity responsibilities within the Information Resource Management (IRM) division and recommend process improvements for service delivery.
  • Recommend enhancements to business operations to promote efficiency.

Operations and Maintenance:

  • Collaborate with offices across the IRM and facilitate organizational change discussions.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and streamlined reporting.
  • Review and analyze existing documentation to identify gaps in processes and operations.

Requirements:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • THREE (3) or more years of experience in portfolio and/or project management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
