Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:
  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for customers.
  • Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are friendly, courteous, and professional.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service.
Store Operations:
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays.
Other Essential Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior retail experience preferred.
