We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Wellness Coordinator/Medical Receptionist to join our team at Hydration Room, Inc. in Encinitas and Carmel Valley clinic locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the clinic team in providing care to patients, including performing administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Work closely with the Registered Nurse to maintain clinic and nursing supplies inventory, ensure compliance with Hydration Room inspections, and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Log in to the tip system to ensure accurate clocking in and out for each shift.
  • Assist patients with the point-of-sale system and oversee cash shift procedures.
  • Retrieve phone messages, return phone calls, and chart documentation in a timely manner as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic team, RN, or physician.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of current medical practices and principles.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend and take direction from Registered Nurse.
  • Active listening and strong communication skills.
  • Self-confidence and excellent organizational skills.
  • Expert in customer interaction and retention.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required.
  • Prior Medical Assistant experience preferred.
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Must be able to traverse the entire facility.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Compensation

21-24 Hourly Wage
