About the RoleThis is a full-time, night shift position with a weekend rotation. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering respiratory care to patients, including diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures. You will also monitor patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation, and perform and document patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure.
Responsibilities- Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy
- Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation
- Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy
- Perform and document patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure
We are seeking a State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for creating positive patient interactions. New graduates or RRT eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
