Plumbing Superintendent

Hickory Mechanical Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings.

• Lead and manage a team of plumbers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine work details and procedures.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Manage inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing projects.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift, stand, and move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
