About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Novolex. This is a leadership position that requires a strong background in maintenance management, with a focus on proactive leadership, strategic direction, and technical support.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the maintenance team, inspiring high performance through effective goal setting and performance measurement. They will also be responsible for implementing and institutionalizing the Business Unit's standardized preventive and predictive maintenance system, utilizing TPM and Lean principles.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a B.S. degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or process engineering, or related post-education training certifications. You will also need a minimum of 5 years of successful hands-on engineering/maintenance management experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a high-volume paper converting operation.
