We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Triple-S Steel. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and machinery
  • Conduct administrative duties, such as reporting maintenance statuses and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Train under the Maintenance Manager on performing routine building maintenance duties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations
  • Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
  • Complete other projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Interest in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
  • May be required to work outside of normal work hours
