Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Expert to join our team at Courtyard Marriott. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Manage the menu and ensure that all guests receive accurate and timely service.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
